JOB 1: Temp to Perm Account Supervisor:
Our client is looking for a self-starter, highly motivated, and a great project lead to own and manage newly won accounts.

Title: Temp to Perm Mid to Senior Account Executive/Supervisor
Hourly rate: Between $35 and $40, will convert to full-time with the right candidate.
Location: Near western suburb
Required: Agency promotions background,
CPG experience, beverage experience a plus!
Job Summary:
Under the direction of senior account management, the Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing relationships with the client; strategic development and execution of marketing, promotion and/or account specific plans to ensure flawlessly executed programs.

The ideal candidate has:
• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in related field required.
• 5-7 years demonstrated experience in account management.
• Prior experience managing people.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, marketing strategy and promotion planning.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications and creative principles (promotion-consumer & trade, advertising, merchandising, public relations, event marketing, personal selling, relationship marketing).
• Knowledge of current marketing trends.
• Ability to quickly understand the client’s industry and operating environment (product, category trends, marketplace trends, customer objectives, customer and consumer demographics, company structure, etc.).

JOB 2: Temp to Perm Account Director:
Our client is looking for a strategic, highly motivated, and a great project lead to own and manage newly won accounts.

Title: Temp to Perm Account Director
Hourly rate: Between $50 and $60, will convert to full-time with the right candidate.
Location: Near western suburb
Required: STRATEGIC, Agency promotions background, CPG experience, beverage experience a plus!

The ideal candidate has:
• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in related field required.
• 10+ years of Direct and Digital marketing experience
• Strategic, agency promotions background.
• CPG experience, beverage experience a plus!
• Experience leading a 20+ person team across multiple offices
• Experience partnering with 10+ senior clients
• Successful track record with growing revenue on an existing piece of business
• Excellent communication and client management skills as evaluated by both the agency team and client partners
